To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all components, manuals, and security hardware included.

Return Process

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
