To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all components, manuals, and security hardware included.
Return Process

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the device in its original box, ensuring all mounting plates, keys, and batteries are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
